We have Rogers for our internet access at our house and recently we had to add all of the email addresses we send from to their list of accepted senders.

I understand that they're concerned about security and want to be aware of who's sending what through their network, but ...

If you don't add these From addresses, your email won't get sent and you'll get lots of error messages.

The process of adding them isn't that difficult and only takes a few minutes.
