Can't Access your site? or Oops, your IP address is blocked
If you cannot access your site from your computer, but can access it from other locations, you may have been blocked by our firewall.
This can happen if you try to unsuccessfully log in too many times in a short period of time (such as trying to access ftp or email) - Our firewall will think that it is an attack on the server and will block you.
If you think this is the case, just submit a ticket on the help desk to let us know and we can remove the block as soon as possible!
OR you can unlock your IP yourself using these steps:
From your Customer Login:
- - Go to Services and select "My Services" from the dropdown menu
- - Click on "View Details" on the domain in question
- - On the View Details page scroll to the bottom of the page find "Receiving an IP blocked error when accessing your website?" enter your IP address and click on "Unblock"
If the problem persists after these steps, submit a support ticket for us to investigate it in more detail.
